For the first time since 2019 Anzac Day services will be held without restrictions, but attendees are urged to wear a mask where possible. Large crowds are expected at services this year, with organisers of the dawn service at Nobbys Beach expecting up to 50,000 people to attend. A morning march will form at 10:20am at the corner of Church Street and Caroline Place (at the Fire and Rescue NSW Station), and start marching toward Maitland Park at 10:30am. All veterans, family of veterans and current defence members are welcome to join the march.
The morning service will start when the march finishes at the Maitland Park Cenotaph around 11am.
