PATNA: Suspense continues over the Union steel minister Ramchandra Prasad Singh’s re-nomination to the Rajya Sabha, as JD(U) national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh on Wednesday said that any decision on the candidature of RCP Singh would be taken by none other than Bihar CM Nitish Kumar.
On being asked who would be nominated by the JD(U) against the Rajya Sabha seat falling vacant following the retirement of RCP Singh, the JD(U) chief said he didn’t know anything about this issue. “CM Nitish Kumar will take a decision on the issue of the party candidate for the Rajya Sabha election,” he said.
