The transfer deadline is looming, but there is still time for Tottenham to complete more incomings and outgoings. Spurs have signed seven players this summer, with six of them already joining Antonio Conte's squad, whilst Destiny Udogie has gone back to Udinese for the rest of the season.
Spurs have had a good start to the 2022/23 campaign, winning three and drawing two of their opening matches. Conte has mainly started with his players from last season in his starting line-ups, bringing on the new arrivals as substitutes, although Ivan Perisic has started in the last three fixtures.
The Lilywhites have also seen a number of outgoings, with many players going out on loans, to get regular game time and also a few permanent moves confirmed. Ahead of the 11pm deadline, football.london takes a a look at Tottenham's best and worse case scenario on deadline day.

Best case scenario
There is always more that managers want from a transfer window, so it is unlikely to ever be perfect. However, there are still some deals which could be done, to make it a solid window for Spurs.
Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Sergio Reguilon and Harry Winks have now all secured their loans. The quartet were four players who were training away from the rest of the squad and weren't in Conte's plans for the season.
Both Reguilon and Winks had their moves confirmed on Tuesday. The former has returned to Spain to play with Atletico Madrid and Winks has moved to Serie A to join Sampdoria, with both loans being until the end of the season.
These loans add to the success of the window, as Conte needs to have a cohesive squad, full of players he has plans for.
Bryan Gil is another player who has been heavily linked with a loan move this summer, to help him develop and somewhere that could offer him regular game time. There has been interest from abroad and the most likely destination for the Spaniard looks like a return to Valencia.
Earlier this month, Conte revealed his transfer strategy. "This squad is this and if someone goes away then another has to come. This has to be very clear for everybody. Otherwise we stay with this squad and we continue our path with these players, this squad," he said.
Therefore, the Italian isn't likely to want to let Gil go, unless there is a replacement lined up. So in an ideal world, the youngster would go out on loan and another player would come in to replace him, with both getting over the line before the deadline.
Any shock exits on deadline day would mean more incomings, to suit Conte's transfer plan, but only time will tell how many more deals are confirmed.
Worst case scenario
It has already been a busy transfer window in north London and on Monday, the Italian spoke on further transfers. "I spoke with the club. I spoke with Paratici, with Daniel Levy, I said to them my opinion," he said.
"But as you know very well, the most important thing is for the club to know my opinion. If we do something or not, it’s ok."
Therefore it seems that if no more business does get done before Thursday night, Conte doesn't seem as if he would be unhappy. The worst case scenario would likely only be if a number of players left and there were no more incomings.
Not only would this mean less squad depth than the 53-year-old currently has, it also wouldn't be in line with the plan that the Italian wanted to follow. Those above Conte have backed him this summer, which was very much needed and so won't want to fall at the last hurdle.
With Tottenham doing a lot of their business early in the window, deadline day may not be as busy as previous ones, something fans have had to get used to. However, as with every transfer day, there are likely to be a few twists and turns before the window slams shut.
