Antonio Conte has stated that Sergio Reguilon, Harry Winks, Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso have been informed about Tottenham's plans for the new season. Previously regulars in the Spurs XI in recent seasons, the quartet look set to be on the move this summer with their futures in N17 incredibly bleak.
All four players were left back at Hotspur Way when the rest of the squad travelled to South Korea for the pre-season tour earlier in the month, before missing out on selection last weekend against Rangers. Once again absent for Saturday's final pre-season friendly of the summer against Roma, Conte has opened up on their absence and what the future holds for them.
"I think that we spoke with the club and the players are informed about the plans for the next season," he told football.london in his pre-match press conference. "We are talking about really good players and the club and I, we think they deserve to play games regularly. For this reason these players are not here."

The writing did appear to be on the wall for both Ndombele and Lo Celso in January with both players heading out on loan to Lyon and Villarreal respectively. The former's underwhelming spell back at Lyon may mean Spurs don't have many clubs queuing up to sign the Frenchman permanently, but there should be a number of teams keen on the latter after recapturing his form for the Yellow Submarines.
Winks, on the other hand, played very little in the remaining months of the campaign and has since dropped a further place down the pecking order following Yves Bissouma's transfer from Brighton. Reguilon, who saw Ryan Sessegnon jump ahead of him in the run-in, has also slipped another spot following the acquisition of the experienced Ivan Perisic.
Tottenham have until 11pm on Thursday, September 1 to finalise their summer transfer business.
