Antonio Colak's role at Rangers next season has been questioned following the arrival of Sam Lammers with Cyriel Dessers ready to follow.
Michael Beale has been going through a summer recruitment overhaul with five players already in the door so far. Kieran Dowell, Dujon Sterling, Jack Butland, Abdallah Sima and Lammers have all checked-in with big names like Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent and Scott Arfield going the other way at the end of the season after their contracts expired.
The arrival of more firepower could see Colak not having much of a part to play reckons pundit Stephen McGinn as he pointed to the fact that Morelos was largely selected over the former PAOK striker last term. He reckons that doesn't bode well for his chances at Ibrox next season. He started off in stunning goal scoring form under Giovanni van Bronckhorst and finished the campaign last term with 18 goals from 39 appearances.

He's spent the off season working hard ahead of the return to pre-season as he looks to force himself into the starting picture. But for McGinn he reckons the fact Morelos wasn't delivering and still played as the first pick is a telling sign for his future.
He told the Go Radio Football Show : "In the first half of last season I felt a bit for Colak. He was the only player in the team doing his part to keep their title bid alive.
"There was no doubt he could finish. I can't see any way how he is part of it [next season].
"This is because of how much Beale stuck with Morelos even in the condition he was in, the fact he wasn't delivering. He still picked him over Colak.
"If Morelos wasn't playing, he would sometimes put Fashion Sakala up front."
