Antonio Colak has detailed his chats with Michael Beale as he roared: "I am full of energy and fire and want to be number one."
The Rangers striker has spent time out injured with Alfredo Morelos used in attack. Kemar Roofe has also had another period on the sidelines after returning to hit the League Cup semi-final extra-winner over Aberdeen. The Croatia international - signed in the summer by Giovanni van Bronckhorst - has made a stunning start to life in Scotland with 14 goals in 27 outings and he is out to fire more and help his side to success.
The 29-year-old says he is fit and raring to go as he disclosed his conversations with Beale in how he can fit into his teams and what he can improve on. Speaking ahead of Rangers' midweek clash at Hearts, he said: "For me, I am an active guy and always want to be involved. I am really happy with how the team is doing, the small injury took me out for a while but now I am back fit.

"I always see the positive, I now have to show my quality and looking forward to the remaining games. From the first day, the manager knew my quality - this was a nice thing that he had followed my career.
"We have spoken about what I can improve on and how I can fit into his teams, I am full of energy and fire to be the guy to score in his team.
"The injuries were a little bit annoying, I was focused every day on getting back as soon as possible. I am ready to show my quality. I am hungry for goals you can see with how we play how often you can get assists and help the teams.
"With players like Hagi and Cantwell, they can open games with just one-touch, it is always helpful to have players like this as a striker.
"You always have to fight for your position, the most important thing is to have success as a team but I personally want to show my quality and be number one. The manager demands we are at a top level."
