CCTV released after 'anti-vax' suspect seals locks on covid vaccination centre
Appointments were delayed as a result of the criminal damage CCTV images have been released after the door locks of a vaccination centre were sealed to prevent access. A man was reportedly seen filling the locks of a vaccination centre in Ainsdale at around 5.45pm on March 20, which prevented staff from opening the building and delaying appointments. Merseyside Police said officers have been made aware of three other similar incidents at the centre in the last month.
Detectives have now issued an image of a man who may have information to assist an investigation into a series of criminal damage offences. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing and anyone who recognises the man picture or has any information is asked to contact police.

Police stopped a private hire taxi in the Waterloo area last night (Wednesday). The taxi was found to be in breach of its licence and the passenger was found with a large amount of cannabis and suspected cocaine. The driver and passenger were both arrested at the scene. The two men were held on suspicion of drug offences.

Passengers travelling to USA and Italy on a TUI flight will need to wear a mask throughout their flight unless medically exempt. Tourists flying to Italy have been requested to wear an FFP2 mask.
