If you’re drawn to the expressive, slightly exploratory world of Anthropologie, chances are you’re already familiar with the bold, nature-forward prints of FARM Rio. The two have been collaborating for nearly a decade on clothing, but with ‘FARM Rio’ becoming one of Anthropologie’s most-searched terms, the ask was clear: more Rio. This time, for the home.
Rooted in the brand’s Rio de Janeiro origins, the new collection debuts as a visual vacation, bursting with vibrant textiles, tabletop essentials, and summer-ready statements perfect for your indoor and outdoor living room.
Those familiar with FARM's archive will recognize the same fashion spirit running straight through the vein of every bold detail: including a banana-leaf–printed rug, toucan-and-botanically-clad juice glass, and – because the brand is on perpetual holiday – a fully functional surfboard that doubles as wall decor.

‘We believe in homes with soul. Spaces where every object tells a story and every corner reflects personality,’ says Mariana Leal, Head of Collaborations and Partnerships at FARM Rio. ‘This collaboration with Anthropologie is about more than just products, it is about creating a way of living that feels warm, effortless, and full of meaning. We wanted to bring that spirit to life through pieces that welcome people in to gather with friends, bring family together, and celebrate everyday moments with warmth and soul.’
Indeed, the lineup, by its very DNA, is built for warm-weather entertaining – indoors or alfresco – greeting guests with sculptural pitchers and banana-embroidered linens (we’d wear them, if that were an option) at the door, before moving them into a color-packed patio dinner, grounded by carved wooden serving pieces and a leaf-border tablecloth that does the lion's share of the hosting.
Ahead, a slice of Brazil we wouldn’t mind summering with.
These tropical dinner plates are made from melamine – meaning no unexpected ‘opa’ moments when you take the party outside – with all the artistic flair of far more fragile porcelain.
A hit of rainforest color for the table, these delicately embroidered napkins arrive in berry, banana, palm, and papaya pink, finished with botanical motifs and scalloped edges. And to lock in the look, you’ll need a napkin ring – fortunately, the duo thought of that, too.
While the collection is steeped in Rio’s signature saturation, it’s grounded by the brand’s nature-forward identity, evidenced here in these elegantly irregular carved acacia wood servers, which bring a slightly surreal quality to salad service.
Finding outdoor pillows that don’t look like outdoor pillows is nearly impossible, but thankfully, FARM Rio’s fashion mind shines in this tassel-cornered cushion, which brings birds and botanicals to both indoor and outdoor seating – sitting just as pretty after a rain.
An amazing alfresco setup starts with a strong foundation – and this time of year, what could be more befitting than banana leaves? This outdoor rug has all the high-pile tufting of an indoor one, and while it can certainly pass as such, it’s at its best in the backyard, bringing that same cushioned feel underfoot to open-air occasions.
This spring, we’ve seen plenty of ‘cabbagewear,’ but if this collection is any indication, the next surrealist culinary motif might just be bananas. A little cheeky, a little playful – and ready for ice water, sangria, or whatever the moment calls for.
The key to mastering a maximalist table is knowing when to take a breath. This woven tray, while also offering a spot to corral stemware, acts as an optical reset. But it’s no square either: finished with banana-shaped rattan handles, it can definitely hang with the bunch.
We’ve talked about the ‘tiny table’ trend endlessly, and outdoors, this might be one of the better ones. Boring armchair, boring sofa? Slip this between, add a drink, and suddenly it’s not.
There are few greater joys than sitting down at a fru-fru resort restaurant and being greeted with a trio of nibbles before the first cocktail arrives. You can offer the same gesture at home – pretzels, even pre-popped popcorn, somehow taste better this way.
As Rachel Zoe would say: it’s bananas this didn’t happen sooner. Now that a FARM Rio x Anthropologie home collection exists, it might be time to revisit your summer living room ideas and set the right stage.
