Anthony Elanga is pushing to leave Manchester United on loan ahead of tonight’s deadline.
That’s according to The Times, who are reporting that Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona admire the 20-year-old Sweden winger, who has struggled for regular game time at Old Trafford. Elanga has fallen down the pecking order under Erik ten Hag and has made just 20 appearances in all competitions, claiming two assists, so far this season.

The ECHO reported back in December that Elanga was one of a number of targets Everton were targeting this month. Attacking reinforcements have been high on the club’s agenda.
And when asked about transfers on Tuesday afternoon, Ten Hag said: “Could be, but it depends on certain circumstances. If so, would be likely loans, yeah."
The ECHO understands that work is ongoing at the club to bring in players ahead of tonight’s deadline. However, club sources have ruled out moves for Viktor Gyokeres and Kamaldeen Sulemana.
Speaking in a sit down interview with Jazz Bal, Chair of the Everton Fan Advisory Board, which the club put out last Tuesday evening, owner Farhad Moshiri insisted his side would a sign a forward before tonight's deadline. He said: “We need a striker, we’ll get one.”
