Anthem Biosciences block deal: Portsmouth Technologies sells 30 lakh shares worth Rs 250 crore

Portsmouth BSE Kumar Gaurav IPO SEBI

Portsmouth Technologies LLC sold 30 lakh shares of Anthem Biosciences at Rs 833 apiece in a block deal on the BSE on Friday, October 9, for a total transaction value of Rs 249.90 crore.

According to BSE data, Portsmouth Technologies LLC held 1,53,96,327 shares, representing a 2.73% stake in Anthem Biosciences, as of June 30, 2026. The 30 lakh shares sold represent approximately 19.49% of its holding as of that date.
