Ant McPartlin used his birthday speech to dub the current I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! a "sensational series".
As he turned 47 on Friday, the crew on the ITV show dressed up in Ant masks on set and sang happy birthday several times and presented him with a cake after the show.
In a speech to the crew, Ant said: "This is nice, it is quite emotional.
"It is a pleasure to be back here in Australia for my birthday, I have missed it.
"And the show is going great so thank you so much. Well done everybody. It is a sensational series."
Close friend Stephen Mulhern was also a surprise guest on Ant and Dec's Instagram Live video to help celebrate his milestone.
Mulhern says he "wants to be friends" with Lioness Jill Scott and she will be Queen of the jungle "without a doubt".
Jill is currently the bookmakers' favourite to win and has huge backing in Manchester where she runs a coffee shop.
Mulhern said: "Jill I think is a gem. I want her to be my mate, I want her to be my friend, I would love to go out for lunch with her. I think she is going to win without doubt. My top three are Jill, Mike and Owen."
Meanwhile, tonight will see the first eviction as bosses at the ITV reality show have confirmed that one of the 11 campmates will be voted to leave the Australian jungle.
The Mirror earlier this week revealed that the first campmate could indeed be set to leave on Friday, as the show had been extended to 95 minutes.
This makes it the longest episode of the reality show since the series launched earlier this month, giving hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly ample time to chat to the first evictee of the series.
The public have been invited to vote for their favourite campmates meaning a mass vote against Mr Hancock will not be possible to see him walk down the camp’s rope bridge for the last time. Instead he would need to poll the fewest votes to get his marching orders.
