Ant and Dec discussed Olivia Attwood's potential return to I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in a live Q&A after last night's show (Nov 14).
The TOWIE star, 31, was forced to quit the jungle after just 24 hours when she received some concerning blood test results.
Thankfully, Olivia is ok and now back in the UK, but admitted on This Morning on Monday she was sad she'd had to cut her time Down Under short.
In a live Instagram from Australia yesterday, one viewer asked Ant and Dec: "Can you bring Olivia back next year? We are missing a feisty female."
Ant replied: "That's not a bad idea! I'm going to put that to the powers that be at the end of this show and hopefully I'll have an answer sometime tomorrow."
Olivia left Australia after her short stint on the show before she was papped making her way through Brisbane airport.
The TV star has since revealed she was “dangerously anaemic” after only a couple of days of filming.
The former Love Island contestant said the condition was spotted during a routine blood test that all I’m a Celeb contestants undergo.
Olivia's blood test also flagged low sodium and potassium levels, which prompted staff of the ITV show to take the TV star to A&E
During her first TV interview since her exit, This Morning host Phillip Schofield asked Olivia whether she could go back to the jungle next year.
She explained: "The problem we had this year is, luckily, which I feel so grateful for is I've got my other shows, got the documentaries, which are all scheduled up until this point next year.
"We already moved everything once, so I've daren't even approached that question yet because I think it would just be a logistical thing: 'Would we be able to make it work?"
"I'd love to because I was absolutely loving it. I feel like it was cut short!"
When asked if she was feeling better, Olivia said: "Yeah, so thank God, being healthy is obviously... I am grateful that I'm healthy but it makes it harder to accept because I'm like frustrated because I'm like: 'I'm fine!'
"But you know, it is what it is, there are worst things happening in the world and perspectively I'm still very lucky to be in the position I am in but yeah, gutted."
