Federal regulators expanded a baby lounger recall on Thursday, raising the covered total to 2,195 units from the 2,100 announced in April. Ninety-five additional loungers are a small number. The reason it is worth reporting is what the recall is for, and how often the same finding has appeared this year.
The Cpzzkq baby loungers, sold on Amazon by CetoPMax, violate the mandatory federal standard for infant support cushions because the padding "can obstruct an infant's breathing, posing a serious risk of injury," according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. They were sold from October through November 2025 for about $50, in white, grayish blue, pink, zuma blue, and brown.
