A group of angry passengers were filmed confronting Ryanair staff after being left stranded in Spain.
The flight from Palma de Majorca back to Liverpool John Lennon Airport descended into chaos on Wednesday as passengers claimed they were left waiting on a "boiling" hot plane with no air conditioning after three hours of delays. The flight was so hot it reportedly caused a woman to faint in her seat before she was taken away by paramedics.
Kate, who asked only to be referred to by her first name, said one woman started handing out paper towels soaked in cold water to fellow passengers in a bid to cool them down. All passengers were then asked to leave the plane and go back inside the airport, where they were then met with further delays.

Kate said it wasn't until 11pm that they were told only three hotel rooms were available and they would have to spend the night in the airport. The 53-year-old told the ECHO: "Everyone was being very patient and accepting of the fact that the flight has been delayed.
"I think the frustration then was 'ok now what.' If people had been told that earlier they could have maybe made their own arrangements - but everyone was holding onto the basis that we were going to be put into a hotel and maybe get some sleep.
"I still think they were very calm every though they were angry. They weren't being nasty or aggressive. It was just a horrible experience really."
Kate said the video was taken at around 2am on Thursday morning after passengers had been told they would not be flying home until 2pm that day. One woman can be seen filming staff in the footage as she tells them: "You're the representative, therefore you should have the authority to say go get water, go and get food and then you give the bill to Ryanair. Some people haven't got money in their pockets."
One man can be heard telling staff "you should have something in place for when this happens", as they reiterate the flight is delayed not cancelled.
The video then pans around to another woman, who said her daughter was in tears since she came off the plane. She said: "Can we get something now for these young children.
"I'm not bothered about myself and I'm sure all these other grown ups ain't, we're bothered about our children. The children don't understand. My daughter is crying."
Kate and her family decided to book a different flight home to Liverpool with easyJet due to the delays to the Ryanair flight. She added: "There was so many people there who it was more worrying for than for us.
"It was just horrible. My daughter missed her work shift and my husband missed his hospital appointment at Aintree."
Ryanair were approached for comment.
