Anger as Iceland bans staff from packing customers' shopping in Home Delivery change

Supermarket giant Iceland has issued a message to shoppers. Announcing new rules around shopping being packed, it's not gone down well with many who purchase their shopping from Iceland.

Staff have now been banned from packing customers' shopping. You'll now have to do it for yourself, reports the Manchester Evening News.

In the Extreme Couponing and Bargains group, shopper Tracy Wiggins shared a picture of the email she'd received, writing: "Anyone shopping at Iceland and getting it delivered it's going to be DIY. The email read: "Hi Tracy, we're making a small change to the way our Free Home Delivery service works in store.
