Ange Postecoglou in fresh Celtic exit link as Hoops boss and Sevilla leader 'wanted' by EPL club

Wolves have been linked with making Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou their replacement for the sacked Bruno Lage.

The Molineux club have pulled the axe down on the Portuguese boss after a 2-0 loss to West Ham with one win in their opening eight Premier League games. Postecoglou has already been linked to the Brighton job this season after a stunning stint as Hoops boss that has so far brought an exciting brand of high-tempo football to Parkhead but the Telegraph reports he is one name discussed as a potential leading man at Wolves, claiming he's ;been discussed as an option.'

They also report that that Sevilla manager Julen Lopetegui, who appears to be teetering on the edge himself with the La Liga club who sit 17th in the Spanish top flight, 'could come into contention again' after being considered before Lage initially got the job in the first place.

Former Olympiacos head coach Pedro Martins, who departed the Greek side in August, is 'likely to emerge as a strong contender'.

Postecoglou said last month of exit speculation at Celtic: “It’s not really relevant in my world or in my space. I have done that my whole career.

"I have just focused on being as successful as I can for the club I represent. If I do that, everything else takes care of itself because things change pretty quickly in football.
