A cafe in Anfield was transformed to look like a corner of East London for a major film production.
Jumbo Cafe on Priory Road, Anfield, was transformed into Copper Grill on Monday, August 1, as a huge film crew descended. Production crews also changed the street sign of Bingley Road to Strawberry Lane, which had "E1" and "London Borough of Hackney" written on it.
An old grey Mazda 323 GLX completed the look parked up outside of the cafe, as dozens of team members carried equipment outside. The scene marks the start of filming for a new major Paramount+ drama, the prequel of the iconic hit 2000 film Sexy Beast.
