The Kansas City Chiefs are on an incredible 3-0 run to start their 2024 campaign.
After a practice session this week, Andy Reid told the media about his excitement to face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.
“I look forward to the challenge of playing the Chargers,” Reid told reporters. “[They are] a well-coached football team, and [they have] good players.”
Reid also broke down his relationship with Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh, which goes back to his days at Brigham Young University.
“I actually knew [the Harbaugh brothers’] dad first,” Reid continued. “So way back when I was a graduate assistant at BYU… his dad and LaVell Edwards were friends. So that’s how I met him.”
Sunday’s contest between Kansas City and Los Angeles will mark the Chiefs’ first AFC West matchup of the 2024 regular season, and give the defending Super Bowl champions their first chance to see Harbaugh’s new-look Chargers squad in action.
