A MAN could be heard singing Beethoven’s Ode to Joy as Andy Burnham gave his first speech as the new Prime Minister of the UK.

Distant shouts of ‘No Rosebank’ could also be heard from protesters outside Downing Street amid reports Burnham could back new oil and gas drilling in the North Sea.
