PRIME Minister Andy Burnham will today ask the First Minister to work with him to devolve powers away from both Holyrood and Westminster.

The Labour leader will be visiting Lanarkshire on Friday in first substantive trip north of the Border since entering No 10, despite a pledge to come to Scotland on a “listening tour” in August.
