Palmeiras have pulled out of negotiations to sign Chelsea wonderkid Andrey Santos on loan after failing to agree terms.

The Blues insisted on a £1.3million break clause that could allow the 18-year-old to return to Stamford Bridge for pre-season this summer, while Santos also wanted to play at the Under-20 World Cup for Brazil in May.
