Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has secured a High Court hearing in his attempt to challenge search warrants used by police investigating allegations linked to Jeffrey Epstein, but he will have to fund the legal battle without financial help from King Charles.
The former prince is seeking a judicial review of warrants obtained by Thames Valley Police before officers searched his residences earlier this year. Britain's Judicial Office has confirmed that an initial hearing will take place on Thursday, 8 October, as Andrew attempts to have the warrants quashed.
