Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has welcomed Chris Beadle to the club as the new Director of Partnership Sales. Beadle has left his role as Head of Football at CSM Sport & Entertainment, who were the exclusive agency to Chelsea for a couple of years.
The 37-year-old has a decent history in football having also worked at West Ham United between 2014 and 2017 as their Head of Partnership Development, a similar role to what he has at Leeds. Beadle will work behind-the-scenes to ensure the club generates more income through sponsorships and partnerships.
Given that Leeds are not among the most cash-rich clubs in the Premier League, he could prove to be a key appointment in their off the pitch development in the coming years. Radrizzani has drawn some criticism in recent months for his running of the club, but there is little doubt that he has put some important building blocks in place to set the club for the future.

Radrizzani welcomed Beale via his official LinkedIn account: “Welcome Chris, MOT! See you soon at Elland Road, the only place where partners fall in love and understand the uniqueness of our club.”
Beadle then responded: “Thanks Andrea, I couldn’t agree more! Looking forward to seeing you soon.”
