Former Golden State Warriors player Andre Iguodala is set to have his No. 9 jersey retired by the franchise, becoming the seventh player to receive this honor. The announcement was made by the Warriors, who will celebrate Iguodala's contributions both on and off the court.

Iguodala, who retired in October 2023 after a successful 19-season NBA career, played a pivotal role in the Warriors' four championships, including winning the NBA Finals MVP award in 2015. Known for his defensive prowess and versatility, Iguodala was a key figure in the Warriors' success during his time with the team.
