Andhra Pradesh adds 3 more Covid deaths

Andhra Pradesh VISAKHAPATNAM Chittoor Krishna

VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Pradesh reported 675 new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, taking the cumulative caseload to 23,14,502. The toll increased to 14,705 as three more patients succumbed to the pandemic. One patient each died in Chittoor, Krishna and Visakhapatnam districts.

Altogether, 2,414 patients were declared cured on Wednesday. There are 10,808 active cases, 22,88,989 cumulative recoveries and 14,705 fatalities.

The case positivity rate further dropped to 2.7%. The recovery rate of Andhra Pradesh currently stands at 98.9%, against the national average of 97.9%. TNN
