Does AndaSeat offer free shipping?
Yes, one great benefit of shopping at AndaSeat is that free shipping is offered on all orders! There are a few remote areas where free shipping isn’t available and a small delivery charge will be needed. You’ll be able to see if you need to pay a shipping charge at the checkout. Orders are normally processed within 3 working days and generally arrive within 7 business days.
Does AndaSeat offer a warranty?
Yes, products purchased directly from are covered by a warranty. Gaming desks and gaming chairs are covered by a 2-year limited warranty and any accessories are covered for 6 months. What is AndaSeat’s returns policy?
AndaSeat accepts returns for up to 15 days after you receive your order with no restocking fee. When returning your order to AndaSeat you’ll be responsible for covering the costs of the return shipping. Returned items should be in their original packaging with no missing parts and in like new condition.
