HBO Max bosses have released the trailer for the second season of And Just Like That.
The show, which launched in December 2021, was renewed in March 2022 after receiving critical acclaim for the revival of the original series Sex And The City, boasting he majority of the original cast.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon reprised their roles as Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda but were forced to become a trio as Kim Cattrall, who played sex positive Samantha who was typically part of the group, didn't return onscreen.
However Carrie and Samantha's estranged relationship was hinted to be on the mend when Carrie sent her a text message to plan a meet-up during the season one finale.
The trailer for the second series will see Charlotte compete against fellow school parents to make it onto the "MILF list" and come to terms with the challenges of raising a teenager, who's adamant to lose her virginity.
While Miranda and Che Diaz's new relationship continues to blossom as fans watched her explore her sexuality last season.
Carrie's podcast is fully underway and she's seemingly embarking on a new romance with Franklin, however fans were shocked to see the return of Aidan, played by John Corbett as she says: "Some things are better left in the past, but maybe not everything."
Aidan and Carrie were a fan-favourite couple in the original series but things took a turn when she cheated on him with her husband Big, played by Chris Noth.
Carrie remained in the love triangle, with Aidan making a brief appearance in the second Sex And The City movie, but ultimately, she settled down with Big.
Big made a short appearance in the first series, but sadly passed after suffering from a heart attack while riding his Peloton, resulting in Carrie navigating her grief throughout the show.
John hinted at his return to the Sex And The City world back in April 2021 and confirmed that he'd be joining the spin-off.
“I’m going to do the show,” he told Page Six before adding that he was “very” excited to take part. “I think I might be in quite a few [episodes]. I like all those people, they’ve been very nice to me.”
