An Post is hiring Christmas workers and the salary is pretty good.
The national postal service is looking for seasonal postal operatives to work at a number of its mail centres. Successful candidates will receive €15.27 per hour and a shift premium where applicable.
Christmas postal operatives will be expected to work at the following centres:

- Athlone Mail Centre, Dublin Road, Athlone.
- Dublin Mail Centre Campus, Dublin 12 or Baldonnell Dublin 24.
- Portlaoise Mail Centre, Clonminam Industrial Estate, Portlaoise.
The deadline for applications is fast approaching on Friday, October 28, 2022. The postal service is looking for "hardworking, reliable, and committed" applicants with "good organisational skills, while being flexible, efficient and effective in undertaking all work practices".
