An ode to autocorrect: farewell to a ducking beloved nuisance

There is nothing quite as frustrating as when you’re sending out a flurry of texts, already frustrated, and your autocorrect changes f**k to duck. You almost always seek to follow it up with the actual intended expletive, but Apple gets in the way once again, leading to a series of texts which say something akin to “Ducking hell. I mean duck. Duck. Duck. Duck. Duck’s sake. You get it.”

It is a near daily nuisance which is now, finally, getting the chop. As part of Apple’s big presentation at the Worldwide Developers Conference where they announced groundbreaking new moves in the world of VR and AI, they also announced that autocorrect’s silly little sanisation mistakes would soon be, er, corrected.
