Union Home Minister Amit Shah has assured TS BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar that he will participate in the public meeting proposed to be held after the completion of the second stage of the “Praja Sangrama Yatra” which will be kickstarted on April 14 in the capital suburbs.
This was indicated to the Karimnagar MP when he called on him at New Delhi on Tuesday where he gave a status report of the performance of the TRS government and the agitiational issues taken up by the BJP in support of the people. Earlier, he also met the national president J.P. Nadda to apprise him of the political developments and also to invite him to participate in the walkathon to “expose” the “corrupt, dictatorial TRS regime”.
Mr. Nadda also promised to take part in the programme at a convenient time. The top leaders also appreciated the efforts of Mr. Sanjay and wished that the second phase of ‘padayatra’, too, would be a big success. Mr. Sanjay Kumar was accompanied by Adilalad MP Soyam Bapu Rao, parliamentary office secretary K Balasubrahmanym and State treasurer Santhi Kumar, ,party sources said.
