Judging by the scowl in her face, Amir Khan is going to have a lot of making up to do after dropping his £120k Range Rover to a valet in Dubai and forgetting his daughter was in the back.
The former boxing champion, 37, revealed his plight in a clip shared to Instagram Stories when he captured the moment he tensely waited for Alayna, six, to be returned to him.
“Sent the car for a valet, guess what? I left my daughter in the car boss,” he tells the camera.
As the car arrives, he asks the driver: “Can you open the door?”
After the door opens, the youngster can be seen clutching a pink mobile phone and she does not look happy as she glares up at her dad.
The video, which has since been deleted, ends with the father and daughter walking away hand in hand as the driver repeatedly apologises.
Khan also shares Lamaisah, ten and four-year-old Muhammad with wife of 10 years Faryal Makhdoom, 32.
The family split their time between Dubai, London and Khan's native Bolton and have been the subject of BBC Three reality TV show, Meet the Khans: Big In Bolton.
The sports star - who retired from boxing with a professional record of 34 wins from 40 fights in 2022 - opened up about his approach to parenting on the BBC podcast How to Be a Man last year.
Stating that he believes he’s an excellent father, he said: “I think I’m a better dad than their mum,” he claimed. “I’m going to get beaten up for this.”
