Bove is currently explaining to Pecker the details of his deal with Arnold Schwarzenegger, which he had previously mentioned during the prosecution's questioning. Pecker disclosed that back in 2003, he entered into a 'catch and kill' agreement with Schwarzenegger while attempting to acquire fitness magazines, just before Schwarzenegger announced his gubernatorial candidacy in California.
During the proceedings earlier today, Bove recounted how numerous women contacted him with accounts of alleged relationships or sexual harassment following Schwarzenegger's political announcement.
It was revealed in court that around 30 to 40 women approached AMI with stories concerning Schwarzenegger, a fact that Pecker confirmed. Pecker stated that he invested 'hundreds of thousands of dollars' in acquiring these stories from women regarding Arnold Schwarzenegger.
