Reports indicate that Hamas, the militant organization, was responsible for taking her captive. This shocking news has struck a chord within the international community, leaving us saddened and in search of answers.
According to sources close to her kibbutz in southern Israel, it is believed that the 70-year-old Judith Weinstein sustained injuries during the October massacre. These injuries appear to have led to her subsequent capture by Hamas. Her husband, Gadi Haggai, was also taken as a hostage in the same incident. Regrettably, we were informed last week that Gadi Haggai met a tragic fate, while Hamas continues to hold his body.
