When it comes to cooking pasta many would think the Italians would be the best to turn to for advice. But one American has posted on TikTok his way to get "perfectly boiled pasta".
And while there have been several similar videos posted on the social media app - this appeared to be unique in its suggestion. For it used a strainer, pan of boiling water - and a move one person warned was a "red flag", reports the Manchester Evening News.
Tiktoker the_gooch started his post with "We've been boiling pasta wrong." He continued to show where we were making the mistakes.
