All three flights to these new destinations will fly nonstop from Philadelphia International Airport; flights to Nice start on May 6, then Naples on June 5, and Copenhagen on June 6. America is also adding a new gateway from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to Barcelona, Spain next summer, starting on June 5.
With the new additions, American Airlines will have a total of 15 nonstop flights from Philadelphia to these European summer hotspots. The airline has been shifting many flight services from New York to Philadelphia in the last few months and is set to resume its old Philadelphia to San Antonio, Texas route, too.
