Amazon have offered a woman an "insulting" voucher after one of their delivery drivers ran over and killed the family's beloved dog.
Alfie the dog belonged to Linda Banwell, 48, from Newdigate in Surrey. The incident was captured by the family's Ring doorbell, which recorded the van drive off without checking on the poor 17-year-old pooch.
Since it happened, Amazon have offered her a £250 voucher as an apology. But the mum-of-two thought that the retail giants "weren't taking it seriously".
