Amazon (AMZN) is considering another multibillion-dollar investment in artificial intelligence, according to a published report.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Amazon is in talks to acquire Decart, an artificial intelligence startup, for approximately $7 billion. The potential deal would add another substantial commitment to Amazon's AI ambitions as the company competes with Microsoft (MSFT), Alphabet (GOOG) (GOOGL), and other technology giants.
