This weekend, the weather is set to continue rising! Now as we learnt from Covid days, supermarket shopping slots often go pretty quickly - and you'll want to spend any spare time sunbathing in the garden. So it can be hard to get the essentials in on time... But there's a way to get all the dips, crisps and boozy treats to your house in just a matter of hours without even having to pay for delivery.
Amazon Fresh gives Prime members same day deliveries for groceries from their own store or a Morrisons nearby, meaning that while stacking up the many benefits of Prime you can also enjoy your groceries arriving on your doorstep for no extra cost. You can order it on the day or book a slot in advance, with 1 and 2-hour delivery slots available.
In order for the delivery cost to be free, shoppers must spend at least £60 and it requires you to book a slot, which can be limited on availability. For orders above £40 and under £60 delivery slots are available from £2 and the minimum cost for an Amazon Fresh order is £15 with slots available from £4.
There isn't a strict cut off point for your order to be in but you can place your order and have it on your doorstep within three hours depending on your address, in some places it might be even sooner.
Whether you're ordering in a case of beer, chicken for the grill or ice cream to keep everyone cool you can shop it all - although for alcohol deliveries you may be asked to produce ID to ensure you're of legal drinking age.
At the minute, Amazon is offering exclusive offers for Prime members including a two bottles for £12 exclusive offer on wine, with some bottles costing as little as a tenner. There's also a Tesco Clubcard Price Match in place across hundreds of products so you don't have to worry about missing over on better prices.
You can sign up to be an Amazon Prime member here, taking advantage of brand new shows on Prime Video, thousands of free books with Prime Reading and same day deliveries of your groceries. You can try Prime for just 99p for the first week before paying a standard £8.99 a month.
