Harshini Dhanaseelan, who currently works as an Operations Manager at Amazon India, revealed that her mother, Sheela Dhanaseelan, once casually told her when she was just 16 years old: “Wouldn't it be amazing if we worked in the same organisation one day?” At the time, Harshini admitted the idea felt almost impossible and far removed from reality. However, ten years later, both mother and daughter now work within the broader Amazon ecosystem.
