An Amazon customer was left "horrified" after opening a parcel she thought would contain a £630 phone, only to find a pair of wire cutters.
Clair Wilson, 34, ordered a new OnePlus smartphone On October 12 from the company and, a day later, a parcel arrived.
Unfortunately, the package did not contain what Clair was after. Upon arrival, an Amazon delivery driver handed over a package to Clair. She went back indoors, but immediately began "flapping and hyperventilating" when she discovered the £20 item in the parcel, reports Nottinghamshire Live.
