According to Rightmove, properties in Greasby had an overall average price of £274,569 over the last year. Most of the sales during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £256,244.

Detached properties sold for an average of £339,886, with flats fetching £110,550. Overall, sold prices in Greasby over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and 23% up on the 2019 peak of £222,676.

Recently sold homes that were listed on Rightmove include a £400,000 home, on Brookdale Avenue North 0.1miles away and a £372,000 home on Greasby Road. Properties under offer within half a mile include a Brookdale Avenue South home listed for £525,000, a Long Acres home for £450,000 and Leslie Avenue for £380,000.

Images on Rightmove show that the home has been recently redesigned and refurbished. Split across two floors, the lower level has an open plan kitchen and family room, as well as two separate reception rooms.

A downstairs shower room and bathroom, utility, and gym complete the ground floor. From the gym there's also access to garage space for additional strobe. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms on offer that share a family bathroom.
