TV personality Amanda Holden revealed she was having to breathe in all day after gorging on a "massive" roast dinner and mac and cheese over the weekend.
The presenter, 51, looked stunning as she arrived for her Heart Radio Breakfast show in London on Monday in a figure-hugging green bodycon dress.
But taking to Instagram, Amanda confided she was having to suck in her toned stomach after a few hefty meals had left her feeling bloated.

The Britain's Got Talent judge said: "I absolutely love green. This dress is from Karen Millen.
"Over the weekend I made a roast dinner - a massive one - and I had mac and cheese so it is a bit of an effort breathing in all day.
"'If I didn't, I'd look like this..", she added, before breathing out to show her slightly bloated stomach.
Nevertheless, Amanda put on a confident display as she shared a video of herself strutting around the office in black heels, with the radio star opting to go braless in the midi dress.
She wore her blonde locks in soft waves and amped up the glamour with a polished make-up look.
It comes after Amanda weighed in on Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's 'queue-jump' drama after they fast-tracked t o see the Queen lying-in-state at Westminster Hall last week.
Sharing a section from her show on her Instagram, Amanda and co-host Ashley Roberts were discussing David Beckham when she slipped in the subtle dig.
"So David Beckham has landed a seven-figure deal with Qatar’s World Cup sponsor, Doritos. I love Doritos. I’d love a seven-figure deal," quipped the former Pussycat Dolls singer.
Amanda quickly replied: "Get in line. Well, I mean he did get in line. Good on him."
She was referencing the fact David stood in the queue for 13 hours to see the late Queen Elizabeth II lie in state in London.
Ashley replied: "Well, yes he did for like 14 hours," all while Amanda jokes "good on him" before pulling a playful face, laughing to herself.
The somewhat subtle jibe comes amid an ongoing feud between herself and This Morning's Phillip.
Only a few years ago, Amanda confirmed her differences with Schofield after she was convinced he had her axed from This Morning.
She was scheduled to stand in for Holly while she was hosting I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2018, but the offer was withdrawn at the last minute.
The job was instead given to former girl band star Rochelle Humes.
