Alyssa Milano has told fans to stop using AI in their tributes to her late actor Julian McMahon.

The actress was left devastated after her former Charmed co-star passed away earlier this month aged 56 following a battle with cancer and she's now urged fans of her TV show to be more careful about the way they are posting about the tragedy - insisting they need to be "considerate" of Julian's grieving family.
