FOOTBALL pundit Ally McCoist has hit out at Renfrewshire Council for rejecting his plans for a luxury housing development.

The former Rangers and Scotland player had lodged planning permission with the local authority to build 33 houses and flats on a vacant site in Bridge of Weir in 2024.
