Allow non domiciles for engineering service exam: HC to MPPSC

BHOPAL: MP high court on Wednesday directed MP Public Service Commission (MPPSC) to allow candidates from other states to appear in its engineering service exam-2021.

A division bench of Justice S A Dharmadhikari and Justice Vishal Mishra asked MPPSC to modify the application process for the exam on the portal and said, if required, the last date of application should also be extended.

The petitioner Shailendra Singh, hailing from UP, had challenged the gazette notification issued on December 30, 2021.
