Alleged drug driver accused of speeding after being found asleep at wheel

An alleged drug driver who repeatedly interrupted his bail application was told by a magistrate to "just be quiet" so she could conduct the court proceedings.

Peter Henry Mossop, 37, faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday, August 6, charged with drug driving and aggravated reckless driving. He is yet to formally enter pleas.

Officers allegedly found Mossop asleep behind the wheel of a parked white Polestar on Ainslie Avenue in Reid around 1am.
