Eddie Howe has suggested that Allan Saint-Maximin is touch and go for the home clash with Crystal Palace this weekend.
The French winger sustained a hamstring injury on a defensive recovery sprint away to Wolves in the 1-1 draw last Sunday and subsequently missed the trip to Anfield in midweek for the agonising 2-1 defeat. But Howe has stated the former Nice man's injury is not serious.
Nevertheless, he will need late fitness checks before a decision is made. Both Ryan Fraser and Jacob Murphy are standing by as back-up.

Howe is still waiting for Callum Wilson to be fit after his own soft tissue problems while Bruno Guimaraes has now missed two games with a similar problem.
Howe said: "Callum’s slightly behind the other two, I’d say. Bruno and Maxi are close. They are not serious injuries. We’ll wait and see whether they’re fit for this week.
"Again, they’re not serious injuries. There is no muscle pull with Allan, it’s more just a bit of swelling. We’re hopeful it won’t be too long.
"Whether or not he’ll be available for the next game at this moment I don’t know. But if not the next one, then definitely the one after."
Howe is expecting Alexander Isak to be back in contention after a dead leg forced him off against Liverpool in the 2-1 defeat.
Wilson could be back in contention for next week's Sunday visit to West Ham United's London Stadium and will have a full week to recover. The game should also give Bruno and Saint-Maximin ample time to be ready if they don't feature against the Eagles.
Jamaal Lascelles suffered a knock at Anfield on Wednesday and is also a doubt while Emil Krafth is out for the season.
