There's never a shortage of world-class projects being filmed for TV and film here in Wales. There's a handful being shot at the moment and they include a new crime thriller from the team who made Sherlock and a mockumentary for Amazon Prime from some of the US' funniest minds.
Over the past few years we've seen It's a Sin, Hollington Drive, Havoc, Doctor Who and Sex Education made in Wales with stars like Keeley Hawes, Anna Maxwell-Martin and Tom Hardy all filming scenes here. We're always keen to know about the latest filming in your neighbourhood, so if you see any make sure to email kathryn.williams@walesonline.co.uk. Wolf
A major new six-part crime thriller for BBC One, Wolf is filmed and set in Wales and follows DI Jack Caffery (Ukweli Roach) who is a young man searching for himself. Obsessed with the neighbour he believes murdered his 10 year-old brother in the nineties, Jack finds himself trying to right the wrongs of others, but at what cost? In an isolated house in Monmouthshire, the wealthy Anchor-Ferrers family find themselves the victims of a psychopath’s cruel games, trapped and terrorised. When the two narratives collide, it’s a thrilling, nail-biting and deeply disturbing race against time.
Roach is joined by Sacha Dhawan (Doctor Who, Marvel’s Iron Fist) as Honey, Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones, Riviera) as Molina, mismatched professionals forced together on a job; Sian Reese-Williams (Hidden, Line of Duty) as DI Maia Lincoln, a woman with a case to prove; Juliet Stevenson (Out Of Her Mind, Bend It Like Beckham) as Matilda Anchor-Ferrers, an intelligent yet neurotic housewife and Owen Teale (Line of Duty, Game of Thrones) as Oliver Anchor-Ferrers, Matilda’s wealthy and well-connected husband.
It's currently filming in Cardiff, right opposite the Principality Stadium, so keep an eye out!
War Games
No, not a remake of the 1980s hit starring Matthew Broderick, but a brand new film about Churchill's World War II war room.
Scenes for the movie, which will air on US streaming service Curiosity Stream, were filmed at Bracelet Bay at the Gower and Bay Studios in Swansea. See more on this production, here.
Top Gear
The BBC motoring show will feature scenes from the Brecon Beacons filmed last month, but it was in Abergavenny where the trio of Paddy McGuinness, Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris made an impact.

Documentary Now!
The new series of Amazon Prime's mockumentary, Documentary Now! is making an episode about a Welsh village and was hiring real Welsh residents to star in it.
Created by Saturday Night Live alumni Seth Meyers, also a longtime late-night chat show host, and Bill Hader, the show parodies the UK's current obsession with documentaries, in a subtle mockumentary style. Another co-creator is Welsh director and showrunner of Marvel's Hawkeye series, Rhys Thomas and comic Fred Armisen.
The Welsh-made episode, currently filming up until the end of April, will follow residents of a fictional village called Llagoelwyn on Wrst and will tell the tale of its unusual popular sport.
And here are some that have wrapped filming in Wales and should be released some time this year:
