School's out for summer and Leeds Trinity has opened brand new food vendors to enjoy this summer.
Trinity Kitchen said to serve the "best" street food in the city it has a line-up taking over the range of vans on the top floor of the shopping centre. The take over has a bit of something for everyone; including eateries Little Pasta Company, Yoi Fried Chicken, Dog Almighty, Yard Burger and The Waffle Cone.
The five new arrivals have taken residence at Trinity Kitchen for the next nine weeks, within a converted VW Camper Van, a Citroen H van, a horse trailer, shipping container, and a J7 van. The new spots to try will trade alongside permanent eateries including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe and Doner Shack.

Josie Towning, food and beverage manager at Trinity Leeds, said: "There’s something for everyone at Trinity Kitchen this summer – whether you’re popping in to grab a sweet treat and cool off with an ice cream, or looking for some top street food to enjoy for a delicious lunch."
Here's a closer look at the new traders available to try this summer.
The Little Pasta Company
Speaking about joining Trinity, the company which trades across the UK said: "Leeds - we're back. Absolutely delighted to be back in Trinity Kitchen Leeds serving up plenty of delicious pasta!"
The Little Pasta Company will trade in Leeds until September 18. The company, which has featured in the likes of Vanity Fair and Hello magazine, was founded in lockdown as an at-home business before turning into a fully comprehensive wedding and events catering service.
On the menu there are are selection of antipasti dishes including spice olives and a charcuterie board. Pasta of your choice can be combined with slow cooked beef and red wine ragu, white truffle butter, spicy n'duja ragu with burrata, or tomato, garlic, and basil.
There are also cocktails and beers to enjoy.
Yoi Fried Chicken
A Pan-Asian fried chicken truck is available to try at Leeds Trinity Kitchen now. They will be serving at the spot for nine weeks.
Customers can enjoy the eateries speciality chicken bao buns - filled with chicken, spices, special sauce, with sides - as well as their signature burgers. Shredded chicken and chips are also available to try.
The spot has proved popular time and time again and the vendor has previously been spotted by Leeds folk at Chow Dow in Temple Arches.
Yard Burger
Yard Burger, originating from Sheffield, is open in Trinity Kitchen now until September. The burger joint is dishing up mouth-watering Philly cheesesteaks alongside burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches, using locally-sourced ingredients.
It has received raved-about five star reviews in the past. Customers can enjoy traditional burgers and chips, or go for something different like the nachos or fish finger burgers.

The Waffle Cone
The Waffle Cone arrived in Leeds on July 19 with excited. Posting on their Instagram page the dessert vendor said: "Well here we are!
"Officially up and running in the fantastic Leeds Trinity Kitchen where you can come and enjoy waffles and ice cream with us for the next nine weeks. See you there."
On the menu there are hot waffles with a variety of toppings from ice cream flavours, different sauces, sprinkles, and fruit to choose from.
Dog Almighty
Dog Almighty is back by popular demand, with a selection of artisan hot dogs and vegan dogs, all handmade in Yorkshire and loaded with an array of homemade toppings.
