The Highway Code is an essential handbook for all drivers. Yet, it is often updated with new rules and changes, so it is important to keep up to date.

The latest updates could bring hefty fines and points to licenses. In 2022, there were several changes to road laws across the UK affecting motorists.

Motoring experts at LeaseElectricCar.co.uk found electric car ownership rose last year. An electric vehicle was recently named the second best-selling car in the country in November and the government implemented new infrastructure laws to help new and existing EV owners.
